Why me

I'm a registered nurse and family nurse practitioner who spent 14+ years in healthcare, more than 9 of them in leadership — including director-level ambulatory nursing leadership at a major academic health system. I've been a Johnson & Johnson Nurse Innovation Fellow, co-founded a wellness company devoted to nurse well-being, and hosted a national nursing leadership podcast.

More usefully: I've sat on both sides of the hiring table, mentored nurses through pivots and promotions, and made my own leaps — so this hour is direct, specific to healthcare, and grounded in what actually moves careers forward.
